I can assure you I will double check this and make sure they are the same. There should be no discrepancy between our height chart at the front counter and the height chart at the track. I apologize for what happened on you visit. I can find a cleaner and more affordable place to take my little ones where they pride themselves on customer service and not relying on teenagers to make safety decisions. So needless to say, I will not be returning to this place. Anyway, after visiting the front desk to get some answers, the manager simply says, "I wasn't there so I don't know what happened." What happened to customer service? I asked for a refund, which I was given, but has STILL not posted to my bank account. PA state law says the child has to be 54 inches tall. We drove the hour home where we have a smaller go kart track and they said she was beyond tall enough. When the kid pushed the bar over her head, it pushed her hair into her face.
Their height minimum is 58 inches and the bar was just above her head. We get to the track and a 15 year old tells me that my niece can't ride but a little girl the EXACT same height can ride. At the desk, my niece was measured to be tall enough to ride the go carts, so I paid $55 for the three of us to ride. I had my niece and nephew in after we drove an hour to Fun Fore All.
